NORTHPORT COW HARBOR UNITED

Annual Soccer Club Scholarship Award

This year, the Northport Cow Harbor United Soccer Club will award four $250.00 Scholarships to two graduating boys and two graduating girls who plan to attend an accredited post-high school program or college.

Applicants must presently be in their senior year of high school and must have played a minimum of six (6) seasons in total for the Northport Cow Harbor United Soccer Club.

Two of these seasons must have been played in the 9th through 12th grades.

ü Applicants must submit an essay on the following topic:

o What does sportsmanship and healthy competition mean to you and how has playing Soccer helped you learn about these topics?

ü All applications must be postmarked by May 1st, 2013
